A: Jennifer will provide a consultation about any skincare concerns and make treatment recommendations.

A: After a consultation about services, Jennifer will leave the room, and you will undress to your comfort level in the dressing room and wear a wrapped gown. Once you are ready, Jennifer will return and begin your service.

A: Depending on your skincare needs, Jennifer recommends a facial every four weeks, but treatments are fully customizable and tailored for you.

A: If you use retinol products, avoid using them for 2-3 days before your chemical peel, as retinol can cause increased sensitivity. After your chemical peel, avoid direct sun exposure until you have finished peeling, and limit intense exercise until you begin peeling, as this can cause water blisters. Once you begin peeling, you are welcome to return to your usual exercise routine. Additionally, you should avoid using any skincare products besides the recommended products in your consultation, and cleanse your skin gently without rubbing or pulling on the skin. 

A: Absolutely! All treatments are tailored for you! You can dermaplane, wax, receive a brow tint, etc. Be sure to talk to Jennifer about any add-ons or services you would like to include in your skincare treatment.

A: Please kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments will be subject to a $25 fee.
